1.強調重要性

簡報中若有某個重要的資訊要傳達給聽眾，一定要加以強調，這時可以利用幾個特定好用句型：Let me call your attention to…（我想強調……）、I’d like to emphasize the importance of…（我想強調……的重要性）、I’d like to highlight…（我想要強調……）、What is important is…（真正重要的是……）等。

Let me call your attention to a recent report on migrant workers.
我想強調最近一則關於移工的報告。

I’d like to emphasize the importance of this lawsuit and its impact on our company.
我想強調這場官司的重要性，以及它對我們公司的影響。

I’d like to take a few minutes to highlight the incredible work done by our R&D department.
我想花幾分鐘來強調我們研發部門所達成的極佳成果。

What is important is increasing our client base.
真正重要的是增加我們的客戶群。

2.提供選擇方案

做商業簡報時，常需要告知聽眾某事物的優點與缺點，或者提出不同的方案供客戶選擇，以下為常見的用語：the pros and cons of …（…的利與弊為…）、the advantages and disadvantages of …（…的優點與缺點為…）、there are … options（有…的選項）、there are… alternatives（有…替代方案）等。

Let’s break down the pros and cons of outsourcing our customer service.
讓我們分別來看看客服外包/委外的利與弊。

I have identified some advantages and disadvantages of our new strategy.
我已經點明了我們新策略的一些優點和缺點。

There are a couple of options for us to consider. On the one hand, we could … On the other hand, we could …
我們有兩個可以考慮的選項。一方面，我們可以……。另一方面，我們也可以……

It seems we have two alternatives. First, we could … Second, we could …
看來我們有兩個替代方案。第一，我們可以……。第二，我們可以……

3.提供建議

簡報時，除了說明事物的優缺點或提出不同方案供聽眾選擇，更需要表達自己的想法，並進一步提供相關建議。以下為提供建議常見的用語：I recommend (that)…（我建議……）、In my opinion …（在我看來……）、We ought to …（我們應該……）、It’s imperative that …（絕對要……）。

I recommend (that) we develop new product lines, instead of promoting our existing products.
我建議開發新的產品線，而不是推廣既有的產品。

In my opinion, this proposal could greatly benefit our company.
在我看來，這個提案對我們公司大大有利。

We ought to think about our hiring policy before making a decision.
我們做決定前應該考慮一下我們的聘雇政策。

It’s imperative that we accept these terms.
我們絕對要接受這些條款。

4.給予承諾

在提出建議後，你還可以一併給予聽眾承諾，以下為常見的用語：I promise that …（我保證……）、I am sure that …（我確定……）、I am confident that …（我有自信……）、I can give you my word that …（我答應您……）等。

I promise that you will be 100% satisfied with our service.
我保證您會完全滿意我們的服務。

I’m sure you’ll be very happy with the additional functions of the product.
我確信您會很滿意這產品的額外功能。

I’m confident that this project will be a great success.
我有信心這個專案將會非常成功。

I can give you my word that the shipment will be on time.
我答保證，貨物將準時運送。
